Accuweather.com is nice with their Realfeel™ temperate (Trust the Americans to trademark that), although I do prefer yr.no.
But for a great summary, not just of the wind, but of ther weather (i.e., all the info in a small, but usable space), windfinder.com is great.

Best over all weather spot has to be Kobus Botha weatherphotos http://www.weatherphotos.co.za/
everything from day to day stuff as well as long term rain forecasts and loads of other options.
